Supreme Paspalum®
The most beautiful Seashore Paspalum cultivar engineered for brackish coastlines, subtropical sun, and the demands of sustained use.
Supreme Paspalum: Key Product Features
Supreme Paspalum holds its density and consistency year-round — through salt air, brackish or reclaimed-water irrigation, and constant play. It's the surface specified for golf courses, resorts, and large-scale coastal developments that perform at scale.
-
Performs reliably in coastal and high-salinity environments.
-
Lower irrigation and nitrogen demands, with proven performance on reclaimed and poor-quality water.
-
Maintains turf quality under heavy use and challenging environmental conditions.
-
A dense, fine-textured canopy in deep green — delivering the uniform, premium playing surface high-end projects demand.
-
Developed by the University of Georgia, Supreme Paspalum maintains its genetic integrity and uniform performance through Southern Seed Certification of America (SSCA) and certified growers.
-
Supreme Paspalum is currently available only through South Florida Grassing - currently the cultivar's single source in the United States.

| Turf quality (lower = better) | 1.59 — best | 1.75 |
| Turf density (lower = better) | 1.21 — tightest canopy | 1.50 |

Proven on Large-Scale Projects
Supreme Paspalum has been specified for large-scale golf, resort, and coastal projects where turf selection is made at the superintendent, management, or board level. These installations prioritize consistency, long-term performance, and controlled supply over commodity turf options.
On the most demanding of these - coastal and island sites - fresh water is scarce and irrigation often runs brackish or reclaimed, conditions that kill conventional turf. As the most salt-tolerant paspalum grown, Supreme thrives on the very water other grasses can't survive.
